Oliver Relations is headed by partners with complimentary talents and skills, a winning combination dedicated to making our public relations campaigns work.

Toby Oliver
Toby Oliver is a recognised expert in travel and tourism PR. He has worked on campaigns including: Bermuda Tourism, Ontario Tourism, Texas Tourism, Cyprus Tourist Board, Brittany Ferries, Qantas and Gulf Air.

He started his career as a journalist and in 1993 was one of the founding directors of Communications in Business Group (CIB), a full service marketing consultancy and became managing director of CIB PR Ltd which grew into one of the UK’s leading travel and tourism PR consultancies.

He left CIB in 2003 to set up Oliver Relations Ltd.

Kate Mault
Kate Mault gained considerable experience of the travel industry whilst working with Conde Nast Traveller magazine. She has also held marketing posts with Cartier the jeweller and the design agency Sedley Place.

She is a founding director of Oliver Relations Ltd and works on several of the company’s major accounts.

Phoebe Oliver
Phoebe has had over six years experience in both Property and Travel PR. She started her career as an estate agent and was then headhunted to work for a private developer before moving to Brighton to work as a property search agent. She has in depth knowledge of the buying and letting process at the top end of the development markets in the UK and overseas, and currently represents a number of property companies including A Place in France, 7th Heaven Properties and Tailored Home.net.

During her time with Oliver Relations she has worked on various travel and property accounts and helped to launch the new development at Blue Waters on Antigua which created a small piece of Caribbean property sales history. It became the fastest selling new development in Antiguan history with 17 suites being reserved in the first six weeks.

Phoebe is a founding director of Oliver Relations Ltd and is also responsible for the company’s new business campaign.
